Ticket Purchasing Guidelines

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis to all UConn undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Credit and debit cards are the only accepted forms of payment.  There is a four ticket purchase maximum on all transactions.
  • For the General Admission area, Student and Guest tickets must be purchased by current UConn undergraduate or graduate students. Guest tickets cannot exceed the number of Student tickets purchased. The possible scenarios for purchasing Guest tickets are listed below:
    • 4 student tickets, 0 guest tickets
    • 3 student tickets, 1 guest ticket
    • 2 student tickets, 2 guest tickets
    • 1 student ticket, 1 guest ticket
  • For the VIP area, only current UConn undergraduate or graduate students are eligible to purchase VIP tickets, and only current UConn students will be permitted in the VIP area, no Guests!
  • IMPORTANT: Upon purchasing your tickets to UCONNIC, you will receive a confirmation email to the UConn email address you provide during the Check Out process. The confirmation email is NOT your tickets to the concert. In early April, all current UConn students that purchased tickets will need to exchange their confirmation emails for their actual UCONNIC Music Festival tickets. Dates, times, and locations of these exchange opportunities will be listed on the UCONNIC website and on SUBOG’s social media pages. At the exchange opportunities, current UConn students that have purchased tickets will need to bring their UConn ID and a copy of their confirmation email. A member of SUBOG will verify the purchase and distribute the UCONNIC tickets and additional information about the event.
  • At the UCONNIC Music Festival, all UConn students will be required to present a valid UConn ID when entering the event space, no exceptions. Guests will be required to enter with the UConn student that purchased their ticket and Guests must present a valid photo ID to security at the door.
  • Participants must follow the Student Code of Conduct and any other local, state, and federal policies at all times.
  • All sales are final – there will be no refunds or exchanges. Ticket reselling is strictly prohibited. Tickets may not be resold or purchased through outlets like ‘Buy or Sell UConn Tickets.’ Tickets accompanied by someone other than the original purchaser will not be honored and will not be permitted entry. All tickets must be purchased through SUBOG.
